TITLE: Childcare Assistant

CLASSIFICATION: 1- Part-time job 20 - 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday, (5 days a week) Schedule will be 8:30 to 12:30 hours may change with the demand of the children's needs. Hours will vary between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm will discuss schedule over an interview. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This individual must enjoy working with children. The employee will be learning skills to have a good understanding of the importance of guiding our "Children" through their growth and development. This position requires good judgment relating to a variety of routines in a childcare setting with children.

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

(Essential Job Responsibilities): Assists the lead teacher with daily classroom events and programs Assumes Childcare responsibilities in cleaning up the childcare setting providing a safe environment. Establishes a positive relationship with children Other duties vary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must be 18 years of age or older TB Test- Able to obtain before employed Immunizations: MMR, DTp, Influenza before employed. Infant CPR/First Aid Training, able to obtain once employed within 30 days Valid ID Must be able to pass a criminal background check before employment
